2010 BCSSA Fall Conference Registration

Conference registration includes plenary and concurrent sessions, as well as breakfast and lunch on Thursday, November 18 and Friday, November 19.

Per registrant - $504 ($450 + $54.00 hst)
Per registrant in district team of 5 or more - $436.80 ($390 + $46.80 hst)

Fall image

Only five or more people from the same organization registering at the same time can receive the team discount. If the team becomes less than five due to one or more cancellations, the registration reverts to the original per registrant cost of $504.

Registration payment and confirmation

You may pay online by Visa or Mastercard at the time of registration, or you can choose to pay by cheque. You can mail your cheque to the BCSSA office (address below).

Cancellation policy

A full refund of a paid registration will be given for a cancellation made on or before November 4, 2010. After this date of November 4, 2010, there will be no refunds.

BCSSA registration desk

Registration is located in the Victoria Conference Centre, Level Two. The desk will be open 7:00 - 8:30 am on Thursday, November 18, for registrants to pick up their conference package and name badge. There will also be an early registration desk set up at The Empress Hotel Upper Lobby on Wednesday, November 17, 4 - 6 pm. (Avoid the Thursday morning heavy traffic line-ups by registering Wednesday night.)
