5-Fracture/Clevage

    Fracture/Cleavage: When you drop a rock and it breaks in half, splitting along a smooth, flat surface, it is said to show cleavage. However, if it was to break into shards, like glass, it would be said to fracture. Below are two images: one of cleavage and the other of fracture.
