Partners for Professional Practice
Partners for Professional Practice is an initiative of the BCSSA Membership Services Committee that aims to support newly-appointed school superintendents in the first two years of their superintendency. Built on the concepts of networking, collaboration, mentoring, professional inquiry, coaching and capacity buidling, the partnership program matches successful, experienced, retired suprintendents with those newly appointed to their role.
