Registration


Conference registration includes plenary and concurrent sessions, as well as breakfast and lunch on Thursday, November 19 and Friday, November 20. Breakfast will be available on both mornings.

Per registrant - $472.50 ($450 + $22.50 gst)
Per registrant in district team of 5 or more - $409.50 ($390 + $19.50 gst)

Only five or more people from the same organization registering at the same time can receive the team discount. If the team becomes less than five due to one or more cancellations, the registration reverts to the original per registrant cost of $472.50..

Registration payment and confirmation

You may pay online by Visa or Mastercard, or you can skip this step and send a cheque to the BCSSA office (address below). Within a few days after registering you will receive a registration confirmation and invoice/receipt by email.

Cancellation policy

A full refund of a paid registration will be given for a cancellation made in writing and emailed to stephcardwell@bcssa.org on or before November 12, 2009. Cancellation of a registration five business days or less prior to the conference will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

BCSSA registration desk at the Victoria Conference Centre

Registration is located in the Victoria Conference Centre, Level Two. The desk will be open 7:00 – 8:30 am on Thursday, November 19, for registrants to pick up their conference package and name badge. There will also be an early registration desk set up at The Empress Hotel Upper Lobby on Wednesday, November 18, 4 – 6 pm. (Avoid the Thursday morning heavy traffic link-ups by registering Wednesday night.)
