Registration


Conference registration includes all plenary sessions and luncheon events on Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28. A continental breakfast will be available on both days.

Per registrant - $477 ($450 plus $27 G.S.T.)
Per registrant in district team of 5 or more - $413.40 ($390 plus $23.40 G.S.T.)

Only 5 or more people from the same organization registering at the same time can receive the team discount. If the team becomes less than 5 due to one or more cancellations, the registration reverts to the original per registrant cost of $477.

Registration confirmation

After processing a conference registrant's form and payment, BCSSA will send an email message to confirm the registration and provide a copy of the receipt of payment. Anyone who sends in a registration form but does not receive confirmation should contact BCSSA to ensure he/she is registered (ie, will be included on the list of conference participants and provided with a name badge and materials).

Cancellation policy

A full refund of a paid registration will be given for a cancellation made in writing and emailed to stephcardwell@bcssa.org on or before November 19, 2008. Cancellation of a registration five days or less prior to the conference will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

BCSSA registration desk at Victoria Conference Centre

Registration is located in the Victoria Conference Centre, Level Two. The desk will be open 7:30-8:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 27, for registrants to pick up their conference package and name badge. There will also be an early-bird registration desk set up at The Empress Hotel Upper Lobby on Wednesday, November 26, 4-7 p.m. (Avoid the Thursday morning heavy traffic line-ups by registering Wednesday night!)
